During production, the outer PVC surface is coated or laminated with retroreflective material. This means there is no separate reflective strip attached to the band. The structure is simple, waterproof, and resistant to delamination, making it suitable for outdoor use and promotional applications.

For stock colors without printing, the MOQ is typically 500 pieces. For custom colors or logo printing, MOQ is typically 1,000 pieces per design. Stock orders usually take 3-7 days, while custom orders usually take 15-25 working days after sample approval.
