Logo printing recommendations
- Best practice: We highly recommend screen printing your logo directly onto the silver reflective HTV surface. This ensures the sharpest look and best wash durability.
- What to avoid: Do NOT print logos directly on the Velcro (Hook & Loop) surface, as the ink will easily peel off during washing due to the fabric’s texture.
- Alternative options: Woven labels or wash-care labels sewn onto the edge of the band provide a clean, premium branding option.

Why we use heat transfer (HTV) instead of sewing
Velcro has a distinct thickness and texture. Sewing a reflective strip directly onto it is difficult, often leading to needle skipping and poor aesthetic quality. Instead, we utilize a high-temperature Heat Transfer (HTV) process. The flat surface of the Velcro allows the silver reflective film to bond perfectly, resulting in a cleaner, flatter, and more durable finish.
The advantage of a non-elastic base
Unlike traditional elastic bands, our Velcro armbands rely entirely on the Hook & Loop closure. This means you can adjust it to the exact circumference of your wrist, arm, or ankle without any tight, restrictive feeling. It’s especially effective for industrial workers wearing heavy winter gear.
Care & washing instructions
To maintain the lifespan of the band, always fasten the Velcro tabs together before washing to prevent snagging other fabrics. We recommend a gentle hand or machine wash at 30°C. Avoid high-temperature drying to protect the heat-transfer adhesion.

A: The core difference is the base material. This band uses a non-elastic Hook & Loop structure, meaning it fastens by pressing the tabs together rather than stretching. It provides a secure fit without any compression.
Q2. Can I order the Velcro base in a custom Pantone color?
A: Because of the specific manufacturing process of Hook & Loop materials, we do not offer full Pantone matching for the base fabric. However, we have Fluorescent Yellow and Orange in stock, and other existing factory colors can be provided upon request.
Q3. Is this suitable for wearing over thick winter clothing?
A: Yes! Because it doesn’t rely on elasticity, it won’t squeeze or roll up when worn over bulky jackets or heavy workwear, making it highly stable.
