PVC reflective graphic stickers are made from soft, flexible, waterproof PVC reflective material with adhesive backing. They can be cut, high-frequency pressed and printed into custom shapes and designs for bags, helmets, clothing, phone cases and other everyday items.

Q1. How are PVC reflective graphic stickers made?
First, the artwork is designed according to the customer’s required shape and size. Then a custom mold is made and installed on a high-frequency machine. The PVC reflective sheet is pressed and shaped by the mold, creating a soft 3D raised edge and a clean custom graphic.
Q2. What is the maximum size for a custom graphic?
The maximum size of the PVC reflective sheet is around 45 × 45 cm. Considering edge waste and production stability, we recommend keeping the finished design within 35 × 35 cm.
Q3. What material is used?
The stickers are made from PVC reflective sheet. It is soft, flexible, waterproof and reflective, with bright, vivid colors.
Q4. Can the sticker be made into custom shapes?
Yes. It can be made into flowers, cats, stars, hearts, cartoon shapes, letters, numbers, logos, safety icons, and other customized graphics.
Q5. Can patterns or logos be printed on the stickers?
Yes. We accept custom printing on the sticker surface, including cartoon patterns, facial details, logos, letters, symbols, and decorative graphics. Printed details can make the reflective PVC stickers more vivid and specific, especially for animal shapes, cartoon characters, brand logos, and themed designs.
Q6. Can it be directly applied to products?
Yes. They can be applied directly to backpacks, phone cases, helmets, clothing, shoes, rainwear, bicycles, scooters, pet accessories and other flat or flexible surfaces. They are also convenient to carry.
Q7. Is it waterproof?
Yes. The PVC material is waterproof and suitable for daily outdoor use. It can be used on bags, helmets, rainwear, shoes, and other items that may be exposed to moisture or light rain.
Q8. What colors are available?
Common colors include fluorescent yellow, fluorescent red, blue, green, pink, white, silver, and more. Custom colors may also be available depending on material stock.
Q9. What is the main function of this product?
It works as both a decorative sticker and a safety reflector. During the day, it adds color and design to the product. At night, it reflects light from cars, bicycles, flashlights, or streetlights to improve visibility.
Q10. Is it suitable for children’s backpacks?
Yes. It is commonly used on children’s school bags and outdoor backpacks. The reflective effect helps improve visibility when children walk, cycle, or travel in low-light conditions.
Q11. Can it be used on clothing?
Yes. They can be applied to many types of clothing and soft fabric surfaces. For fabric use, the backing method should be confirmed, such as adhesive backing or a sew-on construction. This PVC sticker is not suitable for heat pressing.
Q12. Can it be used on phone cases?
Yes. It can be used on phone cases, especially smooth plastic, TPU, or similar flat surfaces. The surface should be clean and dry before application.
Q13. Can it be used on helmets?
Yes. It is suitable for bicycle helmets, scooter helmets, and outdoor safety helmets. It adds decoration and improves visibility at night.
Q14. What is the difference between this product and normal printed stickers?
Normal printed stickers mainly provide decoration without reflectivity. PVC reflective stickers provide both decoration and reflective visibility. They also have a soft, raised PVC texture and a more dimensional appearance.
Q15. What is the difference between crystal lattice reflective material and non-reflective decorative film?
The PVC reflective material has a special reflective structure that reflects light strongly back toward the light source. It usually looks brighter and more eye-catching than ordinary non-reflective decorative film.
Q16. Can the stickers be sewn onto products?
Yes. Please tell us in advance if the stickers will be sewn on so they can be supplied without adhesive. The design should leave enough edge space for sewing.
Q17. Can the stickers be heat-transferred?
No. This PVC material is not designed for heat pressing. It is not a TPU or PES heat-transfer material and does not have hot-melt adhesive. It can only be sewn on or directly applied using adhesive backing.
Q18. What artwork file is needed for custom production?
Vector files are preferred, such as AI, PDF, SVG, EPS, or CDR. Clear size, shape, color, and layout requirements should be provided. For printed designs, high-resolution artwork is recommended.
Q19. What should be avoided in the design?
Very thin lines, tiny details, sharp corners, and overly complex cutouts should be avoided. Simple, bold, rounded shapes work best for high-frequency pressed PVC stickers. If detailed visual effects are needed, printing can be used on the surface instead of making every detail into the mold shape.
Q20. Can multiple stickers be placed on one release paper sheet?
Yes. Several small stickers can be arranged on one white release-paper sheet, such as 4, 6, 8 or more pieces, depending on the size and layout. A single design can also be supplied on its own release-paper sheet.
Q21. Is this product soft or hard?
It is soft and flexible. The PVC material can bend slightly, making it suitable for both flat and soft surfaces.
Q22. Can it be used for brand logos or promotional gifts?
Yes. Custom logo shapes and themed designs can be made for bags, outdoor products, school supplies, safety gifts, and promotional items. Printed logos and patterns can also be added to make the design more branded and recognizable.
